To avoid any issues, customers who wish to purchase products that need to be ordered should read the following precautions before making a purchase.
- For back-order items only, we do not accept cash on delivery orders. Please use prepayment. All cash on delivery orders will be cancelled.
- If you order a size that is "backordered," the estimated shipping time will be"within 14-28 days" due to production circumstances on the brand side. If there is a delay, the delivery may be delayed from the estimated shipping time. Please understand this before purchasing.
- If you pay by bank transfer, we will proceed with arranging the product after confirming the transfer. For products with high stock fluctuations, there is a possibility that the product may be out of stock by the time your payment is confirmed, and we may not be able to secure the stock, so please make your payment as soon as possible.
- Once your order is confirmed, we will proceed with arranging the stock as soon as possible. Due to production reasons on the brand's side, we may have to cancel your order if we are unable to prepare the stock. If we are unable to prepare the stock, we will contact you.
- We do not accept cancellations or returns of back-ordered items. Please check the order details before placing your order.
- Since we order from overseas, in rare cases, if the outer box or storage bag is found to be significantly damaged during customs inspection during the delivery process, the outer box etc. will be removed before the product arrives at our store. If the outer box etc. is not included and only the product itself is provided, we will contact you at the registered email address at the time of shipping. Please note that we do not accept returns even if only the product itself is provided.
