配送方法 / 送料について

  • 配送について
    原則、ご注文確定/入金確認後から翌営業日から換算して、3営業日以内で出荷いたします。
    ※火曜日、水曜日は定休日の為、月曜日に注文確定された場合は翌営業日木曜日から3営業日以内での出荷となります。
    ※商品の破損や欠品で出荷できない場合には、弊社カスタマーサポートよりご連絡いたします。
  • お取り寄せ商品に関して
    「お取り寄せに関して」をご確認ください。
  • 送料について（国内）
    15,000円以上のご注文で送料無料。
    ※15,000円未満のご注文は別途770円頂戴いたします。

  • 対応エリア
    EMS取扱国への発送に対応しております（米国・北朝鮮・イラン・シリア・キューバ・ロシア・ベラルーシを除く）。
  • 配送方法
    EMS（国際スピード郵便 / 日本郵便）。追跡番号付き。
  • 送料
    配送先国・重量に応じて自動計算されます。チェックアウトページにて確定金額をご確認ください。
  • 配達日数の目安
    アジア近距離: 3〜5営業日 / アジア圏全般: 5〜7営業日 / 欧州・北米・中東・オセアニア: 5〜10営業日 / 中南米・アフリカ: 7〜14営業日。通関状況により遅延する場合があります。
  • 関税・輸入税について（重要）
    関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料はお客様のご負担となります（DDU方式）。商品到着時に現地配送業者または税関より請求がございます。国・地域・商品により金額が異なるため、事前にお客様の国の関税ルールをご確認ください。関税未払いによる返送・破棄が発生した場合、商品代金・往復送料は返金いたしかねます。
  • EU・イギリスのお客様へ
    €150（EU）／£135（UK）以下のご注文には、配送業者によるVAT前徴収手数料（€8〜€15程度）が別途発生する場合があります。
  • サイズ交換・返品について
    海外発送の商品は、初期不良を除き、サイズ交換・返品はお受けしておりません。商品ページのサイズチャートを必ずご確認の上、ご注文ください。

International Shipping (English)

  • Service Area
    Worldwide via EMS (excluding the United States, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and Belarus).
  • Shipping Method
    EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post). Tracking number provided.
  • Shipping Fee
    Calculated automatically based on destination and weight at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time
    East Asia: 3–5 business days / Other Asia: 5–7 days / Europe, North America, Middle East, Oceania: 5–10 days / Latin America, Africa: 7–14 days. Delays may occur due to customs.
  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes (Important)
    All duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU). These charges are collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery and vary by country and product. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order. If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties, neither the product cost nor shipping fees will be refunded.
  • EU / UK Customers
    For orders under €150 (EU) or £135 (UK), the carrier may charge an additional VAT pre-collection fee (typically €8–€15).
  • Returns & Exchanges
    International orders are not eligible for size exchanges or returns, except in cases of defective products. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
