Returns & Refund Policy

1. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for size exchanges or returns, except in cases of defective products. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

2. Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@closet-by-haji.com within 8 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or replacement of the same item. Return shipping costs may be covered by us depending on the circumstances.

3. Returns Due to Unpaid Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU). If a parcel is returned or destroyed due to unpaid duties, neither the product cost nor shipping fees will be refunded.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or have their shipping address changed once confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  1. Items received more than 8 days ago
  2. Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  3. Items with original tags or labels removed
  4. Items with odors, stains, or damage from your possession
  5. Items returned in a condition significantly different from when shipped
  6. Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, fragrances, and other hygiene products
  7. Sale items, outlet items, and pre-order items

6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed via card cancellation; the timing depends on your card issuer's billing cycle.
