• For back-order items only, we do not accept cash on delivery orders. Please use prepayment. All cash on delivery orders will be cancelled.

• If you pay by bank transfer, we will proceed with arranging the product after confirming the transfer. • We do not accept cancellations or returns of back-ordered items. Please check the order details before placing your order.
• Since we order from overseas, in rare cases, if the outer box or storage bag is found to be significantly damaged during customs inspection during the delivery process, the outer box etc. will be removed before the product arrives at our store. If the outer box etc. is not included and only the product itself is provided, we will contact you at the registered email address at the time of shipping.
