• Since we order from overseas, in rare cases, if the outer box or storage bag is found to be significantly damaged during customs inspection during the delivery process, the outer box etc. will be removed before the product arrives at our store. If the outer box etc. is not included and only the product itself is provided, we will contact you at the registered email address at the time of shipping.
